  9. since tried to regain Pacific access, either
  10. by a corridor across its former Antofagasta
  11. province or by a twin port with Arica at the
  12. end of the rail link from La Paz. Brazil
  13. supports the Bolivian claims, which would
  14. facilitate its own transcontinental traffic.
